PARIS (AP) -- World leaders are reacting to the deadliest violence to strike France since World War II. Some of their comments: OECD SECRETARY-GENERAL Angel Gurria, secretary-general of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, condemned the "barbaric" attacks in Paris and offered condolences to the people of France.
